I was referred to Texas health orthopedics for an ACL full tear and possibly meniscus tears. I started out with doctor Kadoko and he is very energetic! He then passed me on to Travis Frantz. I instantly connected with doctor Frantz because we aligned on the graft I originally wanted. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He got me into surgery that week! Everything went smoothly and I appreciate all of the staff and doctors at Texas health orthopedic!
I had an appointment set and at the last minute they had to cancelled it Now I'm trying to scramble during lunch time to find somebody to look at my knee before work. Highly unprofessional.
The stars I am giving are for the staff and physicians assistant only. Not the doctor. I am not one to make negative reviews, but I feel the need to warn others who may be in my position. I suffered a broken ankle at the end of August and followed up with Dr. Frantz. I was told to begin weight bearing ASAP, within my limits, and no boot was required. I listened as any patient would. What could've been a nerve-wracking, terrible experience went so well. Dr Frantz' Staff were so kind & professional & made the check in process a breeze. Of course, meeting a new Doctor always fills me with trepidation. Dr. Frantz put me at ease instantly. He was so knowledgeable about my condition & explained it to me clearly & gently.
