I'm not sure how they have managed to employ so many friendly and personable people, but they have. I've seen Dr. Bothwell and pretty much his entire staff and each experience has been great, from the front desk, to the billing department, and my physical therapist. The day of my surgery, things ran like a well oiled machine. They helped process FMLA paperwork for my job quickly and I've never met an unfriendly person in any of the offices I've had to go to. They have the best providers in town! Great bedside manners and they treat their employees like family.
Dr. Bothwell, his PA's Bonnie and Brad and all of his staff for that matter are truly AMAZING! I have no idea where he found such amazing caring people. But I NEVER have to worry about my care. Dr. Bothwell has an amazing outgoing personality. He (and all of his staff) makes every patient feel special. I have NEVER felt like a dollar sign or a number to him or to any of his staff. Dr. Bothwell and his PA's and other staff truly care, and listen to their patients (a rarity among today's doctors)!
I LOVE Dr Bothwell! He has a great personality that makes every patient feel special and his awesome surgical skills aren't too shabby! His staff is pretty amazing too!
