Best care I have ever received in an ER. My Doctor was out this week so the nurse referred me to this ER. My BP was very high, with dizziness. I have had pain in my calf & swelling for a while. She suggested not to wait. I got right in & in a room within minutes. The nurse was very attentive & the doctor ordered a Ct scan & a sonogram of my leg. Lucky I didnt have a blood clot. Very great staff , overall great service and most of the time pretty quick
I got in and out quick, but was never given anything for the allergic reaction I was having to an antibiotic, only an antibiotic switch. I was getting my script filled before I noticed I was still itching and wasn't given anything. I'll be going to the actual hospital for now on. :/
Best medical service I have received in years. I never even sat in the waiting room got frustrated and taken care of immediately
Check in was easy, wait was short and best of all, our nurse and doc were great. If the need arises, and I hope it doesn't, I would go right back there.

I have a lot of health problems and my kids always have something wrong (ear infection, high fever, hair wrapped around their toes cutting off blood flow, etc. etc...) We always go here; we don't really feel comfortable going anywhere else. They transferred me to the main hospital two years ago after they saw that I had some type of heart disease. I had surgery in June & every single member of the Rockwall Presby staff from the front desk, finance office, Pre-op to the techs, nurses & dr's were kind, encouraging & reassuring...would reccomend this hospital to anyone!
