I had to visit the Emergency Department at Texas Health Prosper in the middle of the night due to a kidney stone. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, professional, and efficient. I was taken to a room immediately and they quickly administered IV medication to help manage my pain. Even though Prosper isn’t the closest hospital to my home, I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever need urgent care again. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience at the Family Medicine office. I’d urge you to go elsewhere. First, I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, they said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them that I was on the phone with them for 16 minutes the day before and they had confirmed my appointment for 10 am. Second, I completed labs with them. I didn’t hear back and after 13 days I called to check on them. The front office assistant said she had no idea where the sample was taken to and had no update. I have been going here for my PCP (Dr. Karna Gocke), blood work and MRI/X-Rays for 4 years now. They have great schedule times and are very accommodating. All staff is very courteous, professional, caring with great communication.
Went there overnight. My daughter was sick. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The nurse.( Janet Bacanl) was so nice and friendly explaining every medical procedure. The Doctor was nice as well. Dr. Jonathan Franklin. I would recommend this Emergency Room if in need to everyone. Thanks to the Young man sitting at the desk upon entry.
