Maria on front desk is very nice. The other office girl is horrible! She’s rude and won’t make any concessions for me to know what she’s saying, even though I’m deaf and we have thick glass between us! If Maria wasn’t there, I’d find a new doctor just to keep from dealing with her
The staff is friendly and I feel like they really care.
Dr Kim always listens and makes adjustments when needed. He answers all of our questions and doesn’t make us feel like we are being rushed. If we need a referral he takes care of it right away.
