I have been a patient at Tx Health for over 10 years. My doctor retired and recommended me to another physician in the group. I made an appointment to meet the new physician and to get refills of my scripts. The group arbitrarily cancelled my appointment without notification. I called the doctors assistant who said the doctor is not taking new patients, guess I suddenly became a new patient. Please don't go here. I called Monday and Crystal the receptionist accidentally took me off hold and said "I hate this s***, I hate scheduling new patients" as I was trying to make an appt. for my husband who would've been a new patient. I got the manager's phone number and have made several calls yesterday and today to her to talk about what happened and voicemail is not set up, no answer at all. I'm done with this place.
