Your receptionist in the ER was rude and combative. Your ER Charge nurse Steve had to come out and address her and triage me because she WOULD NOT put me in the system. I will not be back until the administration gets their receptionists under control. Your ER staff sees us on our worst days, they are the face of the ER Department. I am not the only person that has been verbally attacked by an ER receptionist. Until things change, I'm going to Baylor.
I WAS JUST THERE ON SUNDAY MORN 2 WEEKS AGO IN EMERGENCY ROOM AND COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE HAD A BAD SORE THROAT . GOT EXAMINED RIGHT AWAY AND GOT A SHOT AND WAS SENT HOME . COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER PEOPLE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND VERY FRIENDLY , I LOVE HUGULEY HOSPITAL BEEN GOING THERE FOR 15 YEARS WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE .
