The way I was treated in the ER by both the doctor and the nurse assigned last Saturday...Let's just say from now on I will be using Baylor, who has better bedside manner and it's cleaner.

We took my son in tonight thinking he might have a blood clot. We are in hour 4 and still waiting. Meanwhile, they've called people back who have colds, earaches, and stomach viruses. I just asked where we were on the list and they said there were still three ahead of us. Now mind you, his arm is sweeping and the pain is intense. Worst hospital ever. Please don't come here.

Alright here it goes!!!!!!! After working for so many years in a hospital and knowing what #HIPPA stands for I'm so considering taking Heidi to a different hospital not only to have her rights to be respect it but to have a level of care that she needs Finding a clipboard in her room with all the information from everyone else on her floor and why they are admitted to this hospital is a total violation of everyone's rights under #HIPPA #THAMH #ARLINGTONMEMORIALHOSPITAL #TexasHealthArlingtonMemorial

I am a THR employee. Never have I seen where in the middle.of being triaged in you tell a patient becasue they have to go the bathroom and can't hold it say "Well have a seat in the waiting room because I have other patients to check in. We don't have have any rooms anyway. I can finish you later." Way to Live the Promise.
