ER should have doctors who honor the same insurances that your hospital does. It creates a huge burden on customers to try and get the costs mediated; especially when your ER doctors take payment from the customer's insurance and then attempt to bill above what the state allows. Complaining to the management resulted in a very condescending insulting letter. Thank goodness for Baylor Grapevine.

They do a great job fixing people that’ll do surgery and get updates. The doctors are really awesome.

Everything. Absolutely the best experience ever. If any one needs to be hospitilized or have day surgery you will benefit mentally by choosing Texas Health Southlake. No stress facility. Of course surgery is stressful but just having to be in a hospital is usually NOT a good experience. Very pleased.
Every staff member that I interacted with was professional and friendly. They made me feel more like a house guest and not like a patient. The facilities were amazing too.
