I very appreciated if one nurse werent answer in rule tone to my son when he exam my baby girl my son just worry about his baby sister to see if she was ok other then that y'all guys did good job exam my baby girl!

When you lay in ICU pushing the "call" buttons for 2 hours and no one comes so you have to call the front desk to get your nurse who brings you the correct bell. 7 hours into your shift nice. Also I can't get up cause someone's accidentally opened my bed rail.

They were so fast to respond in er, and once I was admitted all nurses were very caring and professional and went above and beyond

The staff is extremely nice, but, my father was never given a bath, nor were his teeth brushed after a 6 day stay for knee replacement surgery. He came out with a bladder and urinary tract infection, and we're having to have him transferred to a different Hospital due to the sanitary conditions. This is completely unacceptable! Do not sent your loved ones here!

Took over two weeks to get a biopsy report that only takes 3 days to have done. Pathology dept would not release results to me. I have a right to this as long as the doctor gives authorizations. I had to yell and tell them that I was coming to personally pick it up and I would be making a scene. I finally was given the information. Terrible customer service.
