My mother was brought here in an ambulance, we waited in the waiting room for over 4 hours before she was seen. Make of it what you will. All I can say we get better treatment at JPS
I love this hospital. But the one who put in the extra care with my Aunt Rieta is a woman nurse Rita H. She only came in to do the blood but cared for her like as if she was family. Thank you Rita H.
They saved my life May 9, 2015. I had a heart attack and they got me stable and I was in an ambulance to Harris downtown within 20min of me walking into the ER. Great place. I want to say thank y'all very much!!
