The management here is very greedy. I signed up on Sunday. I was not offered a 7 day trial period but somehow was enrolled in it via the app. I received an automated message saying my $50 enrollment fee would be waived if I signed up today. So I went to the GM and ask that she honor it. She would not. She said it was up to her discretion. Since I was already enrolled for a year, she would not credit the enrollment fee. I’ve been at this gym for over 10 yrs. At first it was great, new and clean. Over the last 2 years or so, it’s really gone down hill. Not as clean. The mats are falling apart. The weights where the classes are, are not only falling apart but there is not enough heavier weights. Members, including myself have asked for more weights but have been told by the manager that their hands are tied or their budget is small. The upside of this gym are the other members. Useful gym! Really nice treadmills, normal machines, lots of freeweights. Everyone seems to be there to get their work out in and go. Professional atmosphere and clean.
Been at this gym for years. I love the personal trainers. The new massage therapist, Maurice is amazing!!
