I am 73 years old and have been a member of this fitness center and many others, off and on, for about 30 years. I decided to work on improving my health again about 6 months ago, so I re-joined. The workout area has been nicely redone & equipped since I last worked out there. The mgt., training and front desk staff has also changed drastically for the better. I started working with my personal trainer Leo almost 4 weeks now. From day one, he listened to my goals and created a personalized plan that pushed me but was never overwhelming. Leo always professional, motivating and quick to adjust exercises if I have any discomfort. I truly recommend Leo to anyone looking for a dedicated, skilled and supportive trainer.
I've been working with Leo for a month now and it's been a really positive experience. I had never had a fitness routine before and he's made the transition into regularly working out so easy. If you are new to the gym or haven't worked with a personal trainer before I highly recommend Leo.
