I arrived on time for a 10:30 new patient/annual appt. Office is spacious and pleasant. I checked in easily, was shown to exam room quickly with an apology for an expected backup and wait. The wait was an hour. Staff, including Dr. Tolle, were all very friendly, attentive and professional. If I'd had a tight schedule, I would have been pretty stressed.
