Doctors are good. But staff lacks experience in terms of insurance coverage
I’ve been going to the VA for years in which I’ve despised on how they treat our fellow veterans. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Ashley at the front to being attended by Kristy & Kryliny and seeing Dr. Burbano, each and everyone of these individuals show a true compassion, caring, & an amazing resilience as to how much they take pride in their work on how they treat their patients. Similar experience to other reviewers. Very long wait times for basic appointments. On my previous visit they referred me to a dermatologist that was out of network and was very expensive. There are better options than this location.
