Doctors are good. But staff lacks experience in terms of insurance coverage
I’ve been going to the VA for years in which I’ve despised on how they treat our fellow veterans. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Ashley at the front to being attended by Kristy & Kryliny and seeing Dr. Burbano, each and everyone of these individuals show a true compassion, caring, & an amazing resilience as to how much they take pride in their work on how they treat their patients. Similar experience to other reviewers. Very long wait times for basic appointments. On my previous visit they referred me to a dermatologist that was out of network and was very expensive. There are better options than this location.
I met with Melissa Benavides for an appointment today. I'm looking for a Primary Care Physician. I arrived at 10:08, for a 10:30 Appointment, filled out paperwork and waited. I was brought in back at 11:15. I spoke with a nurse and eventually saw the PAC closer to 11:45. I was finished around 12:10. I just want people to be aware of how long an appointment may take.
