This is truly excellent practice. All the medical providers are first class. Great staff
Shady Business Practices First I went to see one of the providers and gave all my insurance information well in advance. Showed up, presented my card, saw provider and paid copay. Made a lab appointment for the flooring week. Received a voicemail the day before saying they don’t actually accept my insurance. I asked why was I seen and presented my insurance. I’ve been a patient here for about a year and it has been a bad experience overall. After multiple appointments, I’m so over this place. I’m switching to a different office that is not with Texas Health. The front desk staff are especially unhelpful and rude for no reason.
Stroke survivor ignored. Disgraceful care. I had a major stroke and live with aphasia, which affects my ability to speak and understand language. This clinic and my PCP completely dismissed my condition. When I needed urgent help with long-term disability paperwork — vital to my survival — my new PCP refused to assist me. No compassion.
