I went in this morning for a very blocked inner ear and vertigo and I was very pleased! All of the staff was great from the receptionist (who, bless her heart, got to deal with my husband while I was having my ears flushed), I loved that the doctor actually sat down and described, in layman terms, what was going on and the nurse, Joe, was a joy to deal with, even while he was flushing my ears. Worst people to deal with. They over charged and refuse to resolve issues. Their business office has no moral or ethical code to live by. Supervisors have no credibility and will lie to you on your face

Best ER Room experience ever! Dr. Mallick and his entire team were extremely professional, friendly, kind & highly skilled. Everything you could want in an ER or any medical facility. I highly recommend Texas Health Emergency Room / Plano-Legacy. Dr. Mallick took great care to greet me and assured me that he would do everything he could as quickly as possible to diagnose my problem & pain. And he did just that!
