Being my first time using any Urgent care facility, I didn’t know what to expect. Breeze was fast, efficient, professional, and got me outta there with correct meds after testing me for the right thing. Less than 24 hours later I feel cured.
Very quick, thorough, and friendly.
The only issue i had was the medicine prescribed to me was a compound and no one told me I needed a special pharmacy or that I could not get the medicine I needed most for pain relief for at least 4 days. I spent two days trying to find a place that would fill the script. Ended up in the ER. It was no help to me.
My experience at breeze urgent care was excellent. All the staff, including the physician, were extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. After going to a previous urgent care, which I will not mention, they didn’t even have an x-ray machine or CAT scan machine, even though they list one on their website. In addition, the doctor at the other place, only prescribed Advil and Tylenol. At breeze care, she was able to pinpoint my problem and provided me with a steroid shot and muscle relaxers.
