My experience with NP Godwin was beyond unacceptable and raises serious questions not only about her judgment and ability to provide an appropriate standard of care, but about the standard of care THBUC is willing to accept from the providers it entrusts with its patients. This urgent care lied about being in network with my insurance and said the deductible wasn’t met. I knew it was a lie because I went to another urgent care and they confirmed the deductible was indeed met. They also said they cannot call any providers to confirm insurance status. Seems like a predatory practice trying to get $200 for a simple visit.
All the ladies were extremely nice and proficient. They took care of us quickly and we will definitely be back. We were very comfortable I would tell anyone in the uptown Dallas area to use them.
