The website for this facility shows that they are in network with my insurance. When I arrived, I was told that they are no longer in network and I had to pay out of network cost, since I needed urgent care and didn’t have time to track down facility that is in network, I paid the out-of-pocket cost. Referrals were made to specialists that were out of network, and when I called to make appointments I was told that they could not see me. My experience with this particular place was one of the best I’ve had. The provider Dimple PA and concierge Sierra T are both amazing. They had exceptional customer service, the knowledge of my problems were resolved quickly. They listened to what I was having problems with and cared.
