Wonderful and welcoming experience. My daughter was sick, smooth check in process. The front desk lady super sweet. All the ladies i encountered was very informative and listened carefully. 10/10 I recommend.
I had a great experience at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care when I came in after breaking my toe. Even though I arrived fairly close to closing time, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Jazmine (concierge) immediately sprang into action and made me feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. She was so kind, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful moment. Staff is always super friendly, facility is always clean, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Providers are always professional and thorough. No complaints whatsoever!!
My daughter recommended Breeze Urgent Care over two years ago after receiving great care for her condition. I was impressed the moment I stepped into the facility with her. I have been to Breeze several times now and have been pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and care I have experienced. I will return if I cannot see my PCP. Keep up the good work!
Texas Health Breeze is so easy to get in and out of! It is simple to secure an appointment online andplenty of slots available too. Staff are always professional and kind. The medical staff are always comprehensive and informative. You can't go wrong coming here for your basic needs such as colds, flu, UTI etc.
