I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Julia Nicole Greggs, an NPC at a behavioral health clinic. To put it bluntly, my encounter left much to be desired and I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of care and professionalism provided. I've been coming to THBH at this location since the start of 2023, and have had both great inpatient stays that helped me a ton (and when we were allowed to make our own choices about our meals...just FYI, bad call to take away one of the few autonomy and personal need options for the people who need to go inpatient.) and less ideal ones (the units are not designed to be conducive to sleep but simply to keep you alive and safe, but when insomnia is your main symptom it's a problem).
