Horrible place!! I lost my husband and now my home. I have been trying ti get on snap gir 6 months. They are always saying I dintvturn in documents that I can prove I turned in thru the app and now I have been suspended from food stamps fitcthe second time fir not turning in infobon time, forc as bother 3 months. So another 3 months of going hungry. This is so messed up!! So not trute!! Horrible!! No service at all or when they finally answer after waiting on hold for so long, they hang up on you 🤦🏻♀️ Can never get anyone to help you here
Hate to say this but this is worse than California. Their phone has no person to person that is available from all the circles I did in their automated system. Which only gave other phone numbers to call.
I tried checking their website for more information about medical benefits, there is none. All the paper work I got in the mail just says check their website but it doesn’t provide any actual information about their medical. They have options for about 5 different plan categories but even within those it gives almost no information about them. It’s very frustrating to try and find information when with all the resources provided they don’t have any.
