Beware individuals who are applying with this company. On indeed it will it states the pay rate and when you interview the director he will tell you it’s not the pay rate. I went in for an interview and it seemed everything went well to the point I was asked by the director if I wanted to see one of there facilities and I said yes. I went and found it to be very interesting and he tells me if I’m interested in working with them and I say yes. Texas HCS, INC has taken excellent care of my autistic daughter for 11 years. I am at peace and sleep well knowing that my daughter is in a safe, supervised environment and all of her needs met.

Company is a dump. Dont do it. Walked away before even starting. My 2 cents: Management is out of touch and incompetent at their jobs. Enjoy drama, very disrespectful to people they do not know. I don't tolerate that. They are, "critically understaffed" (their words) I am state certified with years of county experience. All levels of functions, ages, gender, etc recieved high praise seeing my resume- but they wanted to pay me entry- but expected only the highest of quality/performance out of me.
