Absolutely heartbroken I went here. Ruined my hair not once but twice. I went back the first time they patched my hair orange and they fixed it. But this time the second time my hair is so bad - BLACK and straight demarcation line, patches of black brown blonde gray green orange smoke throughout my hair - big ugly patches. I paid 200$ and now need a color specialist that I can’t afford to fix it or cut off my waist length hair to 4 inches. Absolutely heartbroken :0(
