WORST. HAIRCUT. EVER. The stylist (Jennifer I think) did not take the time to discuss shaping, layering, face framing, bangs, or anything else with me. As soon as I pointed out the length she just started cutting (and shorter than I had indicated). She cut straight across with no shape or layering, she didn't even part my hair straight for the cut. Seriously, my 70 y/o dad could probably give me a better haircut. When I complained to the receptionist, there was no offer of a reduced charge or a correction by another stylist.... read more
