QUE HORROR! Después de 2Hrs sigo esperando en el cuarto, esta gente no tiene nada de empatía por la gente, que triste que no valoren el tiempo y la salud del paciente. Para que tener más de 20 o más pacientes al mismo tiempo? Tan avariciosos o muertos de hambre están? JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A ESTE LUGAR CON ESTOS DOCTORES QUE NO LES IMPORTA PERO PARA NADA, EL PACIENTE.
Started going to this money hungry place when Dr Rodriguez was there and everything was fine. Now that he is retired this place is nuts. They schedule appointments, and then 3 days before the appointment they call to confirm the appointment, only to show up at the place and make you wait 30 minutes to tell you the fibroScan machine wasn't working. How come they didn't call to confirm that? Then they reschedule you, you show for the next appointment and in the lobby there's like 40 people waiting, finally I got scanned, and s... read more
Not sure what to rate it. Office visit so early we did not have breakfast and after the visit it was time for lunch, ha ha.... No idea why, would not attempt a guess... There was no one in the lobby waiting when we left and they are open until 5 pm, hummmm.... How do hourly folks afford to take 4 - 5 hours off work for a doctor visit? I wonder who manages this office? Only 4 reviews all bad. Proceedure went fine. Like the doctor ok and the women at reception are very nice. If it wasn't a VA referal I probably would have foun... read more
