Dr. Arif and staff are polite, timely and very respectful. Dr. Arif is easy to talk to and patiently answered any and all questions I had. He explained the procedure he performed and followed up with the results immediately. Appointments were easy to make and didn’t have to wait 2-3 months like with previous doctors.
The most unprofessional. And digressfull un welcome place I ever seen starting from reception I took my member of family to see the doctor I don’t know why the family doctor send us these kind of low scale clinic . After I done paper work the lady take us to consulting room and. Waiting an hour and 15 minute and no one attend us. The light skin girl with curly hair. Dr. Arif was incredibly attentive, taking time to explain everything and making me feel truly cared for my colonoscopy procedure and follow up visit. Dr. Arif is also very kind and has a good heart ! I also want to say thank you the office staffs ( specifically Niko) as they were so gentle, nice, and professional! I have a nice calm vibe whenever I visit here.
