Authentic fresh made bread, like a proper bakery!!
The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. She was well informed about each product I asked questions about, allowed me to sample. And the bread I bought was amazing and soft like I wantes and the chocolate was breath taking and it looked so prefect before she cut it for my slice. Sweet, rich, moist.
Lunch was good, however, I am disappointed that they took tuna salad with lemon vinaigrette off of the menu. I also purchased a piece of the Hyde Park chocolate cake. It was nothing exceptional. The staff was very attentive and personable.
Love this place and the trout salad is the best! An Austin original.
Great food, great service. There will definitely be many repeat visits.
