Do not use this Real Estate Company. We terminated the contract during the Option Period, but the Title Company is refusing to return our Earnest Money. They keep saying the "check is in the mail," but it has been over a month, and nothing has arrived. Now they are saying they gave it to this Real Estate Company that represented the Seller. They are also refusing to deliver to us and I get their voice mail when I call them.
