These guys are a scam. They took money over Zelle and keep saying they will deliver it or I can pick it up and then it is not there. Today, after 3 weeks they refuse to answer my calls or texts to either give me my product or return my money. Looked into them with the BBB and turns out they have 5 complaints against them and refuse to respond. They have also changed their name to Flooring Link from Texas Flooring Wholesale LLC. I am filing a police report and taking them to court over the matter. Stay away at all costs.
DO NOT PURCHASE FLOOR FROM THIS FRUAD OF AN ESTABLISHED my poor grandpa bought floor for $1000 and did not receive product, they kept ignoring his calls. I had to go up there with the police to get my grandpas money back. DO NOT PURCHASE
I paid $2000 in floor and never got any product; I had to file a civil lawsuit with the county courthouse. Stay away from these scammers!!!!
