We have had a credit balance on our inactive account for nearly a year. I've been working with them for over 4 months, trying to get them to send me a check for the credit. I'm getting the impression they're just simply not going to send the money. Very discouraging.
We have been with them for about 4 years now. This company has changed owners so many times you can't even get a real person on the phone to help you when you need it. TERRIBLE!!!
