As I look through the reviews, they experience are not mines. I wanna say thanks to Ms Betty and Gary. As I know they have other properties to attend to. They still send out maintenance to assist in any way possible.
I rented a property from this company and at first Betty was very polite but then it's like a light switch one minute she was nice and then the next she was rude, condescending and down right nasty. I was sent a notice of non renewal and when I vacated before the deadline I was sent a bill for the entire month of May's rent. Gary Leffler is an awesome person that is very easy to work and talk with. However I had concerns with the security deposit advertised on HAR for the property (6123 Prince Place) I submitted a lease application for. The deposit was listed at a price ($2100) less than the rent ($2150). Upon acceptance of my lease application, I was advised to submit double deposit in cashier’s check form along with $100 application processing fee. These people will lie to get your business. Once you sign they will do anything to make the contract impossible to live thru. Worse experience I have ever had. It took 6 months for Betty to send someone to maintenance the home. Her and her people showed up whenever that wanted without notice. Staff were unprofessional and could not fix anything properly. This lady is a very bad business person!!!!! Rude...Nasty.... AND a Liar!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be smart and read ALL other reviews as well before dealing with her!!! DO NOT sign contract with these people!!!! Don't believe me if you don't want to and see what happens!!!!!
