Worse people ever, money hungry, they charge you for work they never do or finish, hope people don't have to deal with this company. Very unprofessional company to work with after you sign the lease. Reached out in regards to an update on an issue and was advised that I “cant tell them what to do” and to solve the issue myself. Had to act outside of character in order to get the information that should have been offered in the beginning. These people will lie to get your business. Once you sign they will do anything to make the contract impossible to live thru. Worse experience I have ever had. It took 6 months for Betty to send someone to maintenance the home. Her and her people showed up whenever that wanted without notice. Staff were unprofessional and could not fix anything properly.
