we had a contractor coming over to do some work in our backyard, and he rented the machine from this company. Our contractor told us that he instructed the drivers to bring the machine into our backyard by driving over our grass, NOT OUR DRIVEWAY. The driver decided to drive over our DRIVEWAY, and it cracked in 3 different places...that happened almost 1 month ago.
