Don’t try to schedule an appointment they are rude & don’t care about you. They canceled my appointment & left a voicemail saying just because I have Medicare as a secondary because I am Deaf they refuse to see me. I can’t change being Deaf nor having Medicare.
Had a really bad experience with Dr. Gavrizi that ultimately led me to leave Texas Fertility Center entirely. She prioritized a “one size fits all”, protocol-focused approach over taking into account my individual wants and concerns. Further, in order to switch doctors within TFC, they require you to start from scratch and repay for the initial consultation (even if you had an initial consultation a few weeks prior)—they are obviously more interested in profiting than ensuring patient satisfaction. Dr. Propst was an absolute blessing for my husband and I to work with! We had been trying for 5 years by the time we turned to him and to say it had all been a heartbreaking difficult road is an understatement. He was thorough talking us through the IUI process and was comforting and uplifting when they weren’t working. He was so incredibly kind and beyond helpful to us through this process. I honestly have had to think about how to put into words how thankful we are for Dr. Propst and his team at TFC! We had a very long journey almost 5 years in total with Dr. Propst, we did several IUI’s that did not work unfortunately so with lots of talking and planning we moved onto IVF. We did one transfer and got two embryos from that. We took a year off after retrieval because emotionally we had been through a lot, during that time Dr. Propst and his team regularly checked in on us to make sure we where doing ok, they de... read more
