I highly recommend TFC and Dr. Propst. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Propst and our experience at TFC. Infertility sucks, but finding a physician who truly takes the time to listen to you (and your crazy requests) is so important.

I was diagnosed of PCOS an fibroid plus my both fallopian tubs were block, I don’t see my period an i have being trying to conceive for many years with no luck. Texas Family Center (TFC) helped my husband and I to achieve our dream of growing our family. We began our journey in 2017 when tried to conceive naturally only to be unsuccessful. If we could give Dr. Kaylen Silverberg and his amazing team of nurses more than 5 stars we would. Dr. Burger blessed us with 2 babies (one’s due in December)- 100% success rate! She is by far the most gentle and most of the time I didn’t even know she was done. I think this is important since it minimizes stress to the uterus and other areas. I’ve had other simpler procedures that were more painful. I also love that Dr Burger NEVER rushes the appointment. TFC is wonderful! We were with them for a little over 3 years before becoming pregnant via IVF. Dr. Burger is kind, empathetic and helpful. She is smart and stays updated on current research in the ever evolving field of fertility. Dr. Burger never made me feel rushed or like I didn't matter. I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Natalie Burger for the first few years of my infertility experience and with Dr. Lisa Hansard for the last few years. Both doctors were very professional and very kind and wonderful. Dr. Burger was with me when I was emotional about wanting a family.
