Awful customer service.
Where do I start. I will list it out: 1. Registered my auto insurance under a person with the same name as mine and different address. Charged me twice and I didn’t receive my reimbursement check. Called and I found out they they registered it under the wrong address. I had to call multiple times to address this issue. No apology. Just oh we had the wrong address.
