I started going here when Dr. Johnson first opened the office in Angleton. I have gone every since. I huge asset that Dr. Johnson has is Susan, the office manager. She has always and I mean always, been helpful, polite and pleasant. Thank you, Susan!
I just had a very bad experience with the Texas Eye Institute. The woman, Linda, I was speaking with hung up on me! The gall of her to that without any just cause. How rude can someone get in a customer service position after a client, me, has spent several thousand dollars there over the past couple of years. People, I like Dr. Johnson and believe he did a good job on my cataract surgeries, but charging $45 to write a prescription when the insurance doesn't "pay" for it seems very greedy to me.
