I’m extremely disappointed by the way my mother was treated during her appointment today. She is in her early 70s and has a degenerative eye disease that significantly affects her ability to see. She has been a patient at this clinic for years, which makes today’s experience especially upsetting. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CODES AND BILLING. Apparently a year of included post op appointments is Not what you think and you will indeed be charged. The billing department will fight you to the death over this topic. GO ELSEWHERE
Dr. Jorge De La Chapa... I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I had no choice as the only eye doctor I had seen before is no longer at Texas Eyecare Network. This doctor has a horrible bedside manner. My left eye is still sore from the laser treatment he did.
