I am writing to report what I believe to be a serious failure of transparency and accountability by Texas Endoscopy. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I have an upper endoscopy and they sent me the cost of the procedure day before and all paper work too. I explained the receptionist that it is not right when you plan a month a head a procedure that they provide 850 dollars cost day before. It is not a right to send to complete all information.
