They are a great group of people. They are fast, efficient and professional. They know what they are doing.
I have been a customer of theirs for about 7 years now. I always have a good experience with the staff at Texas Emergency Medical Service. They are great.
I first used the services here last month because we had to call an ambulance for me. The driver got me to the hospital safely, and carefully.
They answered all of my questions and concerns! One gentlemen in particular, went above and beyond, his name was Bryan. Everyone knows him.....he is just really special.
I have had to use Texas Emergency Medical services on a few occasions over the last few years. They do a great job at making you feel comfortable and have been so professional. I have also noticed the personnel is friendly, concerned, and caring.
When I got a concussion at my daughter's softball game, I literally had no idea what was going on. The next thing I know, I'm in an ambulance with the EMT's from Texas EMS and they kept me calm and helped me until I got to the hospital. While I wouldn't recommend getting a concussion, I would recommend Texas EMS if you get one.
