I was tested here for my vestibular issues and let me say I felt like a lab rat. I believe there are ways to go about testing for this where the person being tested isn't left to feel like a robot with no human feelings is administering the test. The test was so bad that I not only experienced a vestibular event but it incited my ptsd and really i can't go back here ever in life with the police being called. My test giver had no human feelings or concern for my health or wellbeing. I cannot entrust my health to these people ... read more

Definitely won't be back. They were constantly texting me for an appointment from a referral from my ent. My appointment was for 2:45. I wasn't greeted with a hello, hi, or anything. I had been waiting at least 25-30 minutes before being given paperwork. and I wasn't seen by the NP until 3:35 pm. At 4:11 I was walking out Only to find out I had to pay 200$ because they hadn't verified insurance beforehand or told me the amount beforehand even though i sent the insurance information requested about 2 weeks in advance.
