I would not recommend Texas Dizziness Center. I came here after experiencing Vertigo symptoms for 5 years and left feeling unheard, rushed and defeated. I waited in traffic for an hour for this appointment and when I finally got into the exam room, Taylor the Nurse Practitioner rushed me through questions and my vertigo history. Texas Dizziness Center is giving me my life back. Vestibular therapy has been a game changer. The recovery is slow, but I am consistently improving. The doctors, staff, and therapists have all been very professional, kind, and understanding. Hang in there people! You will get better. It might be a long recovery, but Texas Dizziness Center will help you along the way.

I have been to Dallas Dizziness Center twice, once for my initial exam, and a second time for my VNG test. While I loved the doctor I saw the first day, I think her name was Taylor. I have been less than pleased with the support staff. The front desk didn't put my appointment down in their calendar so when I showed up, their was already a patient there and I had to reschedule. They even looked into their pockets and pulled out stickie notes to see if I was on the schedule. Um, stickie notes is your schedule method of choice?... read more

I am so happy I found my vestibular clinic, I went in feeling imbalanced and dizzy, unsure of myself. I started treatment with wonderful Dr. Taylor and doing vestibular therapy with Nelli and I’ve been feeling the best I’ve ever felt!! the front desk girls are very sweet and helpful. I highly recommend!
