Dotors and staffs are great, but its billing department is so annoying. I have already made my payment as it showed up in my bank statement, but apparently there must be an issue with their system that it shows it has not received my payment. Hey sorry, I can't fix your system issue so stop bothering me with your text messages, emails/mails. I can always show my bank statement, and the payment confirmation.

Tried to get my endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled. After about a month of back and forth checking with the doctor and my pcp as to why my pcp wants me to get an endoscopy, I was finally told they didn’t have a single appointment available for the procedure until next year. This was in August. I feel it has more to do with the fact that I have second tier HMO insurance through the ACA that pays too little. (BCBSTX)
The actual service is a 5!! Love the Doctor-- The billing not so much -- they turned me over to collections after 60 days -- and I still have not got my prescription-- I understand phone tag between insurance, nurse and pharmacy but its been over four months-- come on man.
