Very short wait time. A bit of a challenge to find due to road construction, but I got there okay with time to spare. Great staff who made me feel welcome and cared for.
My appointment experience with TDDC WAS excellent. The staff was top notch and the communication very good.I am pleased with all dealings with them!
Katelynn Mann is fabulous! So easy to talk to and she listens well and has really helped me learn and understand the best way to help my GI system be healthy.
I just recently had an appointment and the experience was wonderful. This organization always makes you feel relaxed and explains everything to you, so you can take your medicine as it should be taken and therefore you can feel better.
TL;DR - front office folks are difficult, make you jump through unnecessary hoops, and then don't call back to let you know the outcome. I called to setup an appointment for a 2nd opinion. Understandably, I was told I'd need to transfer my care. I sent all my requested results to the email provided and was told by the original person I was corresponding with that I would be guided through finding the first Dr available since I'm trying to not have this go into next year for insurance purposes.
