While Dr. Espinosa provides excellent care, the administrative staff at this practice requires significant improvement. Calls are frequently unreturned, and there is a considerable lack of follow-through. For instance, I had an ultrasound over a month ago and have yet to receive a callback regarding the results. After almost a year I am being HASSLED and THREATENED about credit collection for $20. Last year I called and explained my issue. THEY sent me for bloodwork and set an appointment. I was put with a new PA. I think the issue was over her head because she REFUSED to discuss the issue. She just wanted to lower my meds. When I got upset, SHE YELLED TO GET OUT. I was sent a letter to never return. I had been going since 2008. They got paid by MEDICARE, but continue to hassle me for $20. PITIFUL
