Great staff very helpful!@ they were kind and helped quickly
It's been about 6 months since I've been in this office again, completely all new staff, they have no idea what they're doing, had no idea I was on Medicaid, absolutely I am, they completely messed up my renewal form for Medicaid, now my Medicaid is all messed up and they still don't know what's going on, so yeah I don't know how these people even have a job. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

The lady I talked to was very nice but the system is messed up and it takes forever to get anything done and they have done nothing but confuse me. I'm trying to get Medicaid cuz I'm disabled but they're saying I don't qualify, messed up system, like I said
They are great here. Ive been there a couple of times, Im homeless and have taken the bus all the way from downtown and they helped me with a few issues that would have made it a waste of trip. But Sheldon and the whole staff are always so nice and so hopeful and they went above and beyond to help locate my ID on file. They truly work with compassion and they have given me the best ebt experience Ive every had.
