En general hay un buen servicio, la recepcionista fue amable aunque un poco mal encarada... pero respondió todas mis dudas y eso es lo que cuenta. Por otra parte seria de gran ayuda que hubiera un gestor para ayudar con el llenado de la solicitud de beneficios.
Got referred to the location of Cameron Rd by EBT to get a new card and staff very un professional. My address was wrong in their system and tried to explain what was told to me. Old card has to be froze to get a replacement per EBT off and was told to go to local office to get another one per EBT office. Was working with one person and the other one stepped in and didn't realize I had EBT office and 211 on the phone. Very rude people there
Just to get a replacement card...instead of doing first come first serve after you have stood in the long line. You have to sit and wait over and hour just to get a card. No more no less. Sad but true
