CJ was knowledgeable with his cuts since we were trying so many options. We preferred Med/Medium-Well over Rare/Medium-Rare servings. Smoke beef ribs was the best.
I don't eat out frequently, and after trying various places this is has established itself as my favorite restaurant currently. Like everywhere, service can suffer a bit if it is super busy but I've always been satisfied with the meal. Good variety with a generous salad bar and sides to go along with the numerous meat options, quality is usually good (if you are overly picky about the cook of the meat be sure to mention it), and of course the quantity of food you can eat is up to you.
We had reservations for Valentine’s Day and we didn’t even end up eating here. We had reservations for 8:30, we show up at 8:25 and A. It’s PACKED in the lobby/entrance. There’s no organization going on. We walk up to the host stand and check in & she tells us she’ll seat us ASAP, no quote time or anything. There’s no where to stand and they do take out orders from the host stand so anywhere you stand was in the way. Had a reservation for 6:00pm on Valentine’s Day but wasn’t seated until 7:10pm. The meat was undercooked, and the silverware still had food residue on it. There was little to no communication from management throughout the delay. Unfortunately, this place just isn’t what it used to be.
