Treated like royalty from start to finish. Rafael was an amazing server. I have a food allergy and he was respectful of it. We wanted for nothing. Celebrated my son's birthday and it was everything! Worth every penny for the experience and service. Second time I've gone and can't wait to visit again. 5 emphatic stars
First time was a disappointment. Server did not effectively explain the protocol, didn’t check on drinks for the adults and kept offering alcohol to the underaged person after being told multiple times that it wasn’t appropriate, didn’t ask if there was anything on the menu that hadn’t been brought out and would like to try, that the desserts were a la carte and not included in the prix fixe menu, that birthday cake was not offered with a candle even though another table was celebrated and sung to the same night, and the hos... read more
I’ve had dinner here several times and overall the experience has been pretty good! I would say 9 out of 10. Shout out to the regional manager for making the customers feel appreciated.
Amanda the GM has the BEST customer service and staff that bring an authentic, and well pampered experience. The food is amazing and prepared in anyway you want it. Prepare to be pleased and fulfilled when you step into this location!!
