This place at one time was good? They overbook now. We went about 12 times in 2024. I have only been four times this year as it just hasn’t been the same. We went for a birthday after we swore we would not do that to ourselves again. The servers and gauchos were very polite and tried to be helpful. The first 25 minutes of service was fantastic. My fav spot in all of Huntsville
My daughter picked this restaurant for her Gotcha Day dinner. We went in with hope, but left dissatisfied. Total time there was a bit over 2 hours. First note, half of the meat the brought was so over cook, it was not eatable and was more like ash. Even the server was appalled Second note, we waited more than 30 min for a Goucho to approach our table. We saw them all around us, but never offered any of the meat.
