Have been to this location several times and I finally give up. It’s just horrible. Management is ineffective. Hostess is snarky. Staff is fine. The cooks need serious training. The meats are always dry and overcooked. We order medium rare and seem to only get very well and dry. Was our favorite weekly dinner in previous cities we lived but the owner of this franchise should really fire everyone and start fresh.
The spicy beef and Brazilian sausage are second to none!
Our waiter was Brandon who was very personable and accommodating....The meat tends to be rare but Brandon had ours cooked more....Salad bar is excellent...Very nice experience.....only one complaint is the meat is too rare
