My daughter wanted us to treat her to Texas de Brazil on her birthday . She loves to go there because we have always had a great time , with all the meats to chose from . I decided to take my family of 4 . We visited the ********** location , this time was not very enjoyable. We waited over 30 minutes before we were even offered meat choices , and then we were only offered Sausage and Chicken . I purchased a vip card last year 2020 and did not use it due to Pandemic. Now the card has expired. I tried customer service and left messages to get extension or refund, no one returned my call.Can I get refund or allow the use of card in 2021?
The meat was awesome, the server was very attentive, seated before or reservation the environment was awesome, the chairs were comfy, all I have to say is that the whole experience was FANTASTIC.
Best Brazillian Steak House! – My family and I dined here for my birthday a week ago. From the time we walked in until the time we left the service was top notch. The hostess made us feel very welcomed, the servers were knowledgable and helped guide each of us through the drink menu. The best of it all-The meats! We got a huge variety of delicious, perfectly cooked meats. My favorite was the garlic sirloin. I can't wait to come back. Definatly reccomend this for an awesome, unique dining experience.
