I called in the morning, and explained I had a sore tooth and was going out of town and needed to be seen. Receptionist was very accommodating, and got me in the same afternoon! Dental service was outstanding!
I recently was a first time patient at Texas Cornerstate Dental and had a great experience. The dental hygienist Ela was very good and knowledgeable and if was really nice I got to see all of my x-rays on a large TV rather than my previous dentist that rarely showed them to me. The dentist was very nice and explained the next steps they were taking on a damaged part of my teeth. Overall a very nice experience, a very up to date office, and a knowledgeable staff.
I recently changed to Texas Corners Dental because my previous dentist of many years had been bought out by a large corporation. Unfortunately after he gave up ownership of his business, and became an employee of this corporation, it seemed like there was more concern for profits than customer satisfaction at his office. I love this office so much! They treat their patients with respect and they'll listen to your concerns. They don't try to up-sell you procedures and products. Jenn is a great hygienist and Dr. Griswold is a gentle and caring dentist. I recommend this place to all of my friends.
I always look forward to my appointments. The staff make you feel as if they had known you for a long time. They are very friendly.
